Terms and conditions for Online Video Courses
Use of our services of Online Video Courses is governed by these terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”).
Please read them now. By using these services, you indicate that you accept these Terms and Conditions and that you agree to abide by them.
In these Terms and Conditions,
“NAHS” shall mean Hannelore Kemme, trading as Natural Animal Health Support;
“Site” shall mean nahs.co.nz;
“User” shall mean the person(s) using the services of Online Video Courses;
“Online Video Course(s)” shall mean the course(s) on offer on the Site;
“Shop” shall mean the online shop on the Site.
2. DESCRIPTION OF THE SERVICES
Description of the Online Video Course(s) can be viewed in the shop. Online Video Course(s) will be presented by Hannelore Kemme.
3. ENROLLING IN ONLINE VIDEO COURSES
To enrol in the Online Video Course(s), User needs to create their own personal “user account”. Please follow the specific steps in the Shop.
Each enrolment for the Online Video Course(s) shall constitute a separate contract upon these Terms and Conditions.
After completion of the online enrolment for the Online Video Course(s), User should receive an email from NAHS confirming enrolment. Upon receiving enrolment confirmation, User will have access to the corresponding Online Video Course(s) under the “My Account” tab on the NAHS website.
All User accounts must be registered with a valid personal email address that the User accesses regularly. Accounts registered with someone else’s email address, or with temporary email addresses may be closed without notice. NAHS may require Users to re-validate their account if NAHS believes Users have been using an invalid email address.
User must keep their password and user name confidential and not disclose them or share them with anyone. If the User knows or suspects that someone else knows their pass word they should immediately notify NAHS by email: firstname.lastname@example.org.
After the User has completed the Online Video Course(s), User will be able to review the Online Video Course(s) for one month.
If NAHS has reason to believe that there is likely to be a breach of security or misuse of the website, NAHS may require User to change their password or NAHS may suspend the User’s account.
NAHS reserves the right to close accounts if any user is seen to be using proxy IPs (Internet Protocol addresses) in order to attempt to hide the use of multiple accounts, or disrupts any of our services in any way.
NAHS reserves the right to suspend or refuse your enrollment if, but not exclusively:
- the enrollment is incomplete or incorrect;
- the user is sharing the enrolment with third parties.
The prices are in New Zealand dollars and inclusive of GST. The prices mentioned on the Site are subject to change without prior notice.
5. AVAILABILITY OF OUR SERVICES
NAHS will endeavour to have the service available at all time. NAHS shall hold no responsibility if the service is interrupted due to Internet, hosting server issues, or other technical issues beyond the control of NAHS.
If due to force majeure the service becomes permanently unavailable, while the user has not finished the course, NAHS will consider giving a refund of the course fee.
NAHS shall hold no responsibility for any loss or prejudice resulting from the unavailability of a service.
NAHS reserves the right to amend/update any service without prior notice. If NAHS makes any substantial amendments, it will notify the User.
A valid credit card or properly pre-approved PayPal account is required for payment.
NAHS will hold no liability for any online-payment and any loss resulting therefrom.
User shall be responsible for reading any applicable Terms and Conditions for online payments. Transactions with Paypal are ruled by Paypal’s Terms and Conditions (please consult Paypal’s Terms and Conditions: www.Paypal.com).
Once User has paid for the Online Video Course(s), no refund will be given.
NAHS will hold no responsibility for any (medical) advice given to anyone, by any User enrolled in the Online Video Course(s).
The information contained in the Online Video Course(s) is not intended to replace guidance from a veterinarian. Homeopathy is complementary to veterinary treatment and the general care of the animal.
Completion of the Online Video Course(s) does not authorise the User to call themselves a Homeopath and does not authorise the user to give Homeopathic advice to other people.
NAHS reserves the right to amend or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. If NAHS makes any substantial changes it will notify the User by posting a prominent notice on the Site.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All copyright, trademarks, design rights, patents and other intellectual property rights (registered and unregistered) in and on NAHS and all content (including all applications and materials) located on or available through the Online Video Course shall remain vested in NAHS.
User must not copy, reproduce, republish, disassemble, recompile, reverse engineer, download, post, broadcast, transmit, make available to the public, or otherwise use nahs.co.nz content in any way except for User’s own personal, non-commercial use. User also agrees not to adapt, alter or create a derivative work from any nahs.co.nz content except for your own personal, non-commercial use. Any other use of nahs.co.nz content requires the prior written permission of NAHS.
User may not re-sell or make available to any third party the Online Video Course(s) without the prior written consent of NAHS.
The Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of New Zealand and any dispute that may arise will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
